How Pampered Pet Sitting Works
First Visit
- When you decide to use our service for the very first time, we will arrange to visit you at a mutually convenient time. At this (free) initial meeting, we will meet your cats (or pets) and you can tell us anything that we need to know with regard to likes, dislikes, routines, habits, special diets, medications, favourite toys, etc. We then make daily visits to your cat over the agreed period.
- If you have a security system, you will need to show us how this operates, and furnish us with a spare set of house keys.
Bookings
- Bookings are accepted for any period of time from one day upwards (subject to availability).
- Our flexibility, fast response time and reliability, are three of the many reasons why we have so many happy clients and so we will always try & accommodate short notice requests.
- We are busy throughout the year and especially at the peak holiday periods, therefore to avoid disappointment, you are strongly advised to make bookings as soon as you are aware of your travel dates.
Whilst you are away
- The welfare of our clients’ cats is always our primary concern, and to ensure that each cat receives sufficient time and attention.
- We ask that you leave sufficient cat food and fresh cat litter in plain view. Nothing else is required. We bring along our own rubbish bags and cleaning materials and we always take away cat-related rubbish on every visit.
- Should your return be delayed or should you wish to extend your holiday, you can phone us and we will continue to visit your cat for a further period according to your instructions.
